• Planning the sequence and simultaneous activities incomplete projects, facilitating the resources and assigning a team for every activity.
• Review of a compliance statement and technical submittal.
• Following the project flow in all aspects to achieves the agreed schedule of project completion.

• Participate as a visual inspector from a contractor in FAT at vendor entity & organize SAT and keep
• Documented record of equipment for client & third-party inspection.
• To ensure all MEP CAD/Revit drawing work is fully coordinated, avoiding any clashes, and accurately integrated within the MEP design.
• To maintain production of CAD/Revit drawings to programmed time scales.
• To ensure accurate referencing of drawings including updating revision status and ensure all drawing issues are accompanied with a drawing issue register.
• Liaise with other designers and consultants whose CAD/BIM coordination and collaboration required.
• Coordinating with Contractor, Consultant, Supplier and execution team for the Electromechanical installations.
• Following the project flow in all the aspects to achieves the agreed schedule of projects completion.
• Provide necessary information to site execution team.
• Cross Check all builders work layouts and Provide clearance for Post tension Slab contractor.
• Generating Shop Drawing / Builders Work Drawing/ from the Architectural Drawing and getting the approval for construction (Self).
• Preparation of MEP coordination drawings (Self).
• Receive all design related documents like IFC Drawings, Design Noc, Affection plan external
layout and keep all documents in a proper arrangement.
• Preparation all support details as per approved material submittals.
• Discuss with architect & structural team regarding Mep shaft clearance and various things related to shop drawings.
• Preparation of MEP Shop drawings in Revit (Self).
• Preparation of 3D Model MEP Drawings using BIM software like Revit MEP(Self).
• Linking the Architecture and Structural Revit model for preparing MEP Drawings.
• Have good visualization skills and ability to work on projects of complex nature.
• Creating customized Revit families as per client specification.
