With seven years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations and Administration, I am motivated to join an organization where I can contribute my unique skills and grow as a Human Resources or Employee Relations professional.

During my previous role at Darwish Bin Ahmed & Sons & Sunway Asia Industrial Corporation, I efficiently conducted phone interviews and scheduled qualified applicants for face-to-face interviews with the hiring manager. I took ownership of coordinating logistics of the in-person interviews, allowing hiring managers to have well-prepared discussions with applicants and quickly move to making an offer.

I also used my strong organization skills and strengths in my previous role with Accenture to deliver Employee and Client relationship management and satisfaction with Operational Excellence and Demand Management.
