Role was within the IT department to better understand systems processes, hardware, networking and other IT security protocols and SOPs. Real time complaint and service management, Back office support and departmental co-ordination, scheduled maintenance procedures and Application training to users.

Role was within the customer service and products service departments. Understanding sales and shop floor customer’s queries, service and sales procedures, standard operating procedures of the company, warranty and guarantee condition evaluation with technicians /service centre. Understanding and implementing Customer loyalty programs, Special Sales Promotion schemes, shopping mall new product launches and festival promotions.
Additional opportunity of interacting with visiting Apple representatives on new products, training participation and learning thorough product knowledge of all Apple products and accessories. Local Swahili customer communications learning and shop floor record keeping knowledge was also acquired during this period.
