o Experience in entire gamut of accounting & finance operations entailing preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts and administering the finalization of year-end financial statements/
o Track record of overseeing financial statements including consolidation of financial statements of HQ and subsidiaries and operational bases, preparation of quarterly and yearly accounts for audit and as part of MIS statements.
o Ensuring independent accounts and tax filing and audit of financial statements for various project offices and operational bases.
o Experienced in monitoring cash flows and ensuring that funds are arranged in the most cost effective manner after projecting accurate cash forecast and payment/receivables cycle ensuring adequate working capital.
o Development of in-house ERP systems & implementation of best in class Accounting and Inventory/Tools integration to ensure timely running of worldwide projects.
o Proficiency in change management and incorporating system based controls that result in elimination of manual activities and improved accuracy.
