Duration : October,2016 to October 2018
Position : Assistant Site Engineer
Project : Galaxy Tower Project, Thanlyin Star City Zone C
Responsibilities :
• Overseeing day to day operation of project and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings. (Including building, car park and external work (Roadway, Drainage, Manhole, Box-Culvert, Retaining Wall, Grease Trap, Private Garden, Cable Trench, Crack Repair, etc.)
• Checking of all approved architecture and structure drawings to be incorporated to the work.
• Control the concrete casting work and coordinate with the batching plant.
• Coordination, monitoring the progress of the project work on site, manpower, material planning and ordering.
• Checking the sub-contractor bill claims upon the part of the completed portion and report to the manager.
• Calculate and check each of sub-contractor bill / claim.
• Quantity take off and cost estimation. (For building, car park and external work (Roadway, Road Kerbs, Drainage, Manhole, Box-Culvert, Retaining Wall, Grease Trap, Private Garden, Cable Trench, Crack Repair, etc.)
• Follow up daily progress of work and prepare monthly cost control.
• Preparation of sub-contractor & suppliers' progress claim and payment.
• Assist to Senior Quantity Surveyor for monthly progress claim and payment, follow the instruction of Site Superintendent for daily site progress.
