• Working as a Senior Business Development manager and responsible to help the client as per their financial requirements.
• As Credit & Capital is a startup company, main role was to generate the revenue, in 2017 generated revenue of 150k, in 2018 generated revenue was 90K, and in 2019 till first quarter 50K has been generated.
• Making sure that a mortgage meets the client needs and DBR is fitted.
• Dealing with NR customers & HNWI’s for Mortgage loan
• Provide customize solution to the clients according to his/her past financial history.
• Dealing with most of the local banks. Bank preference is suggested by us according to client financial history.
• Mostly dealing with Resale, Equity Release, and Handover Payment & Buyout.
• Generating leads for Working Capital (Facility), Trade Finance, Project Finance & Construction Finance.
• Arrangement of facility against the collateral.
