Currently, I am working as a Quantity Surveyor at Asia Prime General Contracting LLC. I am a Charted Quantity Surveyor and member of Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors, a member of Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. as well as a Charted Quantity Surveyor and member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka. I obtained a BSc. (Hons.) degree with a First class in Quantity Surveying from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.

I have Seven years total industrial experience (two years in Sri Lanka and Five years in U.A.E) particularly on Preparation of contractor’s estimates, preparation of interim payment applications, preparation of variations, PC rate adjustments and cost controlling of the projects etc.

I have sound knowledge about the method of measurements (POMI, CESMM3, SMM7) and the FIDIC Forms of Contract (1987 4th edition and 1999). Further, I am familiar with MS Office package, MS Project, Auto CAD and Plan swift.
