• Manage and control the stocks level efficiently.
• Plan and schedule the picking and packing of approved local and export deliveries and prepare proper documentation for future reference
• Oversees the planning and organizing of all 10 warehouses in our 7 branches within UAE with transactions such as inbound, outbound, damages, claims, RTO’s and deadstocks to be written off.
• In charge in the implementation of numerous new projects “KAIZEN” like restricting of racks, layouts and shifting parts into new warehouses.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols, and ensure that workplace’s health, safety and hygiene requirements are met.
• Maintain physical condition of warehouse and assets by doing proper monitoring of the maintenance schedule of each equipment through processing of requests for repairs, replacement and budgeting.
• Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding areas.
• Plan future capacity requirements and prepare plans and lay-outs for expansion, improvement and development of warehouse and responsible for set-up of new warehouses.
• Set KPI’s and do the Key Performance Evaluation of staff.
• Evaluate and propose shipping strategies and techniques, route inbound and outbound shipments in order to maximize freight revenue and cost saving.
• Coordinate schedules and shipment preparation with all branches operation.
• Negotiate rates or cost with the 3PL.

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

• Plan and direct day-to-day logistics operation, ensuring that Standard Operating Procedure such as First in First Out, Safety, Stocks and Environmental Management are being implemented.
• Submit month end inventory report detailing Profit and Loss, stocks level and variances.
• Analyze and propose measures to ensure that stock are utilized in its optimum level or as planned.
