I have 7 years of working in an estate agency as a Senior Sales & Lettings negotiator. I have dealt with a huge property portfolio, with properties worth £100,000 to £2.5 million. I have made over 1,500 sales on property and I have managed 1000’s of property lettings in Oxfordshire. I had experience meeting clients for viewings, giving valuations and property inspections when tenant move in and out of a property. Used marketing and advertising techniques to bring out the best of a property by advertising on Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation portals. I have 100’s of well known customers who come to me continually for me to sell or rent out their properties, which shows I have excellent ability to build rapport and customer relations to make money for a business.
I have always had a very strong interest to work in a property sales/lettings environment, I have my own rental property in Birmingham and I have managed many lodgers by being a live-in landlord. I have written up lodgers/tenants agreements, done credit and reference checks, inventories, check in /out and I have held security deposits securely for my tenants and lodgers using a deposit scheme.
I have also done my own studying regarding CEMAP 1, 2 and 3 as I do have an interest in mortgages and working with different clients, solicitors and agency’s is something I love to do. I like all the buying and letting processing and all the paperwork that is involved in each transaction.
I have worked with Property Project Managers at Grafton where I have had to maintain projects development programmes, raise huge purchase orders regarding branch refurbs and new store acquisitions. I have also dealt with cheque/BACs payments and mailing etc.
I love to build relationships and be the front of face for a company to create business opportunities and meet new customers. Positivity and tenacity are important for me, if there are struggles and difficulties at work and in life, I never give up, I always think positive to try again and see if the outcome improves.
I feel I am at the right stage of my life where I can take on a huge exciting role in a new environment with many responsibilities, as you can see, I am very independent and know how to problem solve, create business and manage my own workload.
