Organization and conduct of a special assessment of working conditions (SOUT) of workplaces, preparation of administrative documents.
Interaction with state control bodies.
Registration in the state register of hazardous production facilities.
-SRO (alliance of construction companies) : insurances, checking for updates in requirements, personnel requalification, advising on personnel background qualification, compiling the documents for obtaining permits, professional advanced trainings and attestation of personnel for construction work.
- Licensing of activities in the field of atomic energy use. (preparation of documents for obtaining a nuclear license providing services to nuclear power plants Utilized objects).
-Working on obtaining permits (in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of July 21, 1993 N 5485-1 (as amended on 07/26/2017).

-Knowledge in the field of risk management.
-Experience in internal audits and certification.
-Perform the Job Hazardous Analysis and participate to the Job Safety Analysis;
-Checking the correctness and application of the Site HSE Plan and all related procedures, to the preparing any revisions;
-Update the HSE documentation during all the construction phases when deemed necessary;
- Compiling safe work instructions required locally (approval of instructions by General Director, sending out to project sites).
-Check that Subcontractors perform their activities in accordance with all the HSE applicable procedures, regulation and standards, promoting all necessary action to ensure that the said procedures and regulations are observed;
-Organize, plan and participate to periodical HSE walk around, Inspections and Audits on site, prepare all the relevant reports, action plans, verify the follow up and the timely execution of the corrective action;
-Organize, coordinate and directly participate in the HSE Training activities on site;
To organize and participate to all relevant site HSE Meetings, prepare the relevant documentation;
- Assists Management to take positive and negative motivation actions to ensure compliance with safe working procedures and requirements.
- Co-operate with the Client concerning the issue of any necessary work permits;
- Organize in case of work accidents a full investigation of the event, finalized to the identification of corrective measure to avoid reoccurrence;
- Monthly Office HSE inspections (office, first aid box, fire extinguishers, emergency systems).
-Keep accident records, identifying the areas to which prevention must be addressed;
-Perform and or promote the indoctrination / training of personnel;
-Lead and coordinate the activities off the Site HSE Committee (composed by all Contractor and Subcontractors HSE Representative);
