Responsibilities /Tasks

 To execute, control and monitor all the inbound & out bound activities such as shipments scheduling, meet the SLA in shipment checking and put away, multiple order picking like allocation, pre-allocation, replenishment.
 Manage DC staff of different nationalities and controlling e-commerce
 Proper planning and implementing all the stores, customer deliveries & staff transportation.
 Conducting the meeting with shift managers / team leaders on the day to day operations.
 Proper planning and utilisation of the Space for shipments receiving put away, outbound cartons/bundles, pallet stacking.
 Planning and Execution of VAS as and when it requires. Quality checking of the products as and when require with the support of the Brand team.
 Communicating with the Brands / Stores for all shipments / deliveries / store / customer related problems.
 Managing Damages / Store Fixtures / New Project Launching Fixtures and Fittings.
 Planning and proper execution of Annual Stock take / regular interval stock take.
 Monitor and control warehouse buildings maintenance with the support of Facility & Project team.

Responsibilities /Tasks

 Plan and coordinate incoming goods, receipts and proper material storage and allocation.
 Responsible for material issue out as per customer Material Requisitions based on FIFO.
 Develop Warehouse KPI activity reports and ensure target achievements
 Maintain item record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
 Observes HSE aspects in all warehouse activities.
 Expedites inventory and non-inventory material orders, including tracking and follow up on back up orders.
 Optimize field inventory and reduce the inventory obsolescence. Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or improve existing work procedures and practices.
 Responsible for packaging and dispatching material on timely and efficient manner to customer locations.
 Plan logistic activities for inbound and outbound material and reverse logistics for refurbished items.
 Execute material dispatch to other destination countries with proper shipping documents.
 Liaise with shipping department for acceptance of delivery & arranging of any special equipment’s to offload at the warehouse.
 Ensure to minimize the airfreight cost and reduce the Inventory turnover KPI.
 Tracking of goods with supplier and follow-up on back orders and urgent orders.
 Tracking of Slow-moving on monthly basis and consulting with operation to move the item to disposal list.
 Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or improve existing work procedures and practices.

 Responsible for material movement in and out, ensure all transactions are accurately processed and updated in system on daily basis.
 Assisting in preparing delivery schedule to warehouse for each incoming and outgoing shipments after obtaining clearance from Quality Control.
 Co-ordination and correspondence related to incoming and outgoing shipments with freight forwarders and suppliers.
