Job Profile:
✓ Planned and directed the execution of projects more than 75 in UAE, keeping economical, administrative, and physical requirements in mind for each project
✓ Attend client meetings and prepare the sketches for the Villas, Buildings & showrooms.
✓ Prepare the Architectural drawings Final/preliminary and takes approval from Municipality
✓ Prepare ETISALAT, WATER & SEWERAGE drawings and taking approval from related government sector.
✓ Visit the all sites (weekly or monthly) from starting to until complete the projects.
✓ Give Instruction to site supervisor for easy work access and quality assurance.
✓ Maintain and organize the records of active projects.
✓ Planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling daily site activities of suppliers and subcontractors.
✓ Coordinating between different trades to ensure smooth site progress
✓ Overall monitoring all trades in terms of progress, quality, HSE and cost controlling.
