Safety officer
Implement the project HSE plan
Provide and conduct safety training programme appropriate to the project including induction for new comers
Report all unsafe acts, unsafe conditions near miss and incidents and any HSE observations.
Ensuring the people aware about the emergency procedures at site.
Implementing client’s safety rules & regulation and company’s safety program.

When noise is likely to above a safe level, ear protection of some sort should be provided.
Check of PPE such as helmet, goggles, hand gloves, and safety harness and conduct toolbox meeting.
Working at height check weather worker is using safety harness. If they are working at above 1.8 meters height, fall arrester used while moving at height.
Confined space: - check entry permit before one enters confined space for adequate light and ventilation.
HSE Supervisor
Advise Management and Supervision on the following:-
Prevention of injury to personnel and damage to plant and equipment.
Elimination of hazards which could lead to occupational ill health.
Protection and prevention of damage to the environment.
Specialist information required for the preparation of risk assessments involving hazards outside the scope of typical activities.
Improvement of existing safe methods of work (including new techniques and developments).
Legal requirements affecting health, safety and welfare and where appropriate changes in relevant legislation.
The suitability, from a safety viewpoint, of new or hired plant and equipment.
Provision and use of personal protective equipment.
Conduct inspections and audits of sites premises and operations to ensure that safe and healthy methods of working are being employed and that all relevant regulations are being observed. Also to promptly report to management and supervision any unsafe practices or breaches of legislation.
