 Ensure day to day operation and ensure that all works are carried out professional and timely manner.
 Supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers, Carpenters, Masons etc.).
 Daily manpower task distribution.
 Coordination with subcontractors and in house technicians for PPM works.
 Supervision of Architectural works which includes Block work, Plastering, Painting, (ceramic, marble) flooring (ceramic, marble, wooden, epoxy, carpet) false ceiling and GRC works.
 Coordinate with Hired contractor to order to complete agreed works.
 Prepare the BOQ for Renovation, Fit out and under warranty work related daily basis materials.
 Arrangement of team to attend the Warranty, Fit out and Renovation related snags (such Plumbing works, Electrical works, painting works, Masonry works, and Carpentry works).
 Attend periodical regularly daily, weekly & monthly steering progress client committee meeting.
 Planning & procurement for projects
 Maintain the effective inventory control to work as per target program without any delays.
