PROFILE SYNOPSIS
I started my career onboard ships as a Mess boy and thru hard work & perseverance I climbed the ranks becoming a 2nd cook and then eventually becoming a Chief Cook.
I have a very competitive drive which leads me to going past my previous colleagues in the kitchen holding a higher position. I am not satisfied by just the daily routine but I surely utilize all means to further enhance my craft thru reading & practicing techniques both learned by experience and any available means to gain knowledge. I am a very industrious person & I not only see myself as a Chief Cook but as the Head of the Catering department in the near future. My passion for cooking is relentless. I give my heart out to every dish that I prepare and the most important thing to do to any food is always give it your 100% even if it is as simple as an appetizer. I will be an asset to the company and my attitude towards work is like the love that I give to my family. I also encourage my subordinates to exert their best efforts so they can achieve their dreams of someday being the Chef. I am very proud of my profession and there’s no other way that I can do it better than give it my best each & every time. I now seek greener pastures as I believe that any Chef getting of age ripens and reaches his peak deserves to reap the rewards of his hard work.
