Service Parts Coordinator
Handling the service parts like Engines, Alternators, Containers, Radiators, transformers, etc.
Preparing the DN for service spare parts and sending to supplier inside and outside JAFZA.
Preparing the online local gate pass (LGP) in Dubai trade website for the purpose of entry and exit of service parts.
Follow-up with the supplier for quote of service parts, Calibration tools & Consumable items.
Upload the quote in Share Point and M3 or MIMI log for the purchase order.
Preparing CIF values of finance approved plants for transfer of ownership of engines to Cummins Arabia for rebuild.
Submitting the supplier DN for the GRN and close the PO in central stores.
Controlling the tools calibration master list with respect to the calibration dates and sending it to supplier for calibration.

Warehouse Responsibilities:
Preparing GRN upon receipt of stock from the suppliers.
Verify & prepare DO against LPO.

Sorting out the issues with the customer & facilitating with Malls to permit work late hours.
