Experience
Having worked within the industry for over 10 years, I have a range of experience working in different contexts. I have been in charge of recruiting and training in- house and sourcing sub-contractors. I understand the importance of choosing the right candidates and ensuring each member of the team has skills and qualities that complement one another.
Skills
I have previously been in charge of over 400 employees, making up a strong bonded team, focused on achieving company targets and objectives. This has helped me to build strong organisational and interpersonal skills. Through the management of these large contracts, it has been necessary to solve problems quickly and efficiently. I am a great believer in developing relationships with clients and potential operatives, to ensure everyone gets the very best deal.
Achievements
In my role as Contract Manager for Andron Facilities Management, I have been able to increase my portfolio (Allegis Group Account) with additional business in less than 1 year. I was also able to save costs for contracts by introducing cost effective outsourced services for some major contracts.
Also my role at Smarty international I have been able to build a potential pool of clients, I have been able to close deals within a reasonable period and also account managed the account through regular contact / networking with clients.
