⦁ Performing preventive maintenance activities
⦁ Perkins generator regular inspection of engine fluids, air filter, water separator, radiator and leaks.
⦁ Clean/replace air and oil filter.
⦁ Repairs and installations pneumatic, hydraulic and steam system
⦁ Maintenance of different equipments- belt conveyor, roller conveyor, plastic conveyor, screw conveyor, dust collector.
⦁ Recommend materials and parts for use in the development of operations and maintenance system
⦁ Performs preventive maintenance like changing oils, adjust the drive belt of conveyor, pump, fun, and blowers, lubricates rotating members of machines, grease fittings, nuts/bolts and tightens the parts.
⦁ Log daily maintenance activities stating the specific problem encountered by each machine, the action taken and the status of the machine for record purposes.
⦁ Prepare Shielded Metal Arc Welding, MIG, drilling, grinding, milling.
⦁ Repair and fabricate machine parts for replacement and spare.
⦁ Communicate with both the preceding and succeeding technician regarding all machine troubles, unfinished jobs and the other activities encountered during the shift.
