I'm a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Development Management. I was with Eperformax Contact Center and BPO for 7 years. Being with eperformax gave me opportunities that i can only dream of, being able to attend multiple trainings that expanded my knowledge about the industry. I have developed excellent customer service and make sure to provide outstanding results to my customers. I was promoted as a Coach Buddy and this taught me on how to deal with different types of people and it helped me grow as an effective and efficient leader. Performing with outstanding results and best leadership led me to part of Operations Team as a workforce specialist. I have developed excellent interpersonal skills and being a great team player combined with good decision making capabilities and the ability to multi-task. After a year I was promoted as a team leader and was able to handle my own team. With this experience I was able to gain more understanding on how performance affects business and how to maintain performance as an individual and as a team.
