During my employment with Bebuzzd as Data Analyst & CRM Specialist, I have spearheaded in-depth interpreting and analyzing data to drive growth for the merchants & customers and have maintained a success rate of 90% in merchant retention by furnishing insights, analytics, and business intelligence needed to guide decisions.

I have also managed a team of 6 merchant success consultants to guide them on the loyalty system operations procedure, merchant trainings, installations & subsequent follow up visits to about 500+ retailers to keep them engaged onto the Bebuzzd loyalty platform.

I have worked along with the top management of the company to grow the startup from a small team of 5 to a 30+ team organization while going through numerous hurdles of a startup company during my 3+ years stint.
