• Repair and Maintenance of LV Switchgears & operation of Transformers
• Operation & Maintenance of gas boiler.
• Operation & Maintenance of Fire protection devices such as fire hydrant and sprinkler pumps & trouble shooting of Control panels.
• Operation & Maintenance of Fire detection systems such as Kitchen hood systems / FM200/ XLS panels operations, emergency procedures with cause & effect matrix.
• Operations and Maintenance of air compressor and its maintenance.
• Operations, Maintenance and troubleshooting of steam generator for steam rooms and sauna heater.
• Operations and Maintenance of emergency power backup diesel generator, monthly testing and troubleshooting.
• DMX programing for building lights, Dancing fountain and their maintenance.
• Handling of pool operations, backwash, chemical dosing, testing of chemicals.
• Operation and Maintenance of Desalination plants with daily capacity of 3500Meter cube per day.
• Coordinating purchasing department by evaluating suppliers for quality and delivery timeliness and manage relationship with vendors.
• Planning and executing PPM schedule for all equipment as per SOP.
• Planning and allocation of task to the team personnel on daily basis.
• Planning, completion and allocation of Transcendent PM’s of the assets are performed, completed and inspected before the timelines.
• Preparing monthly HLP expenses report.
