maintenance, AHU (Air Handling Unit)/FAHU (Fresh Air Handling Unit) , chilled water pumps, all types of
HVAC Ventilation units. (SEF, SAF, TEF, CEF, LPF, SPF, REF, EF), and firefighting system related to Diesel
pumps & electrical pumps with jockey pump operation and testing it manually under given schedule as
per CAFM (Computer Aided facilities management)
Electrical Scope:
Operation & Planned Maintenance of MDB, SMDB, Low voltage-room, Distribution Panels, Capacitor
bank, lift & all sorts of elevators in the building.
Plumbing Scope:
Maintenance & Operation of booster pumps, transfer pump, irrigation pump, sump pump, and filter of
swimming pools.
Overseeing the tank cleaning schedules & Planning the same for testing of the given samples for
safety and approvals from the authorities.
Liaise with the Service providers scope of works and managing, monitoring and following up the
activities carried out.
Liaise with the client during scheduled inspections and walkarounds
