As an HSE Manager, I do;
1. Writing HSE Project Plans; HSE Procedures; and HSE Manual (for the purpose of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 3rd party certification;
2. Writing and reviewing HSE Procedures, and ensuring compliance to applicable adopted local legislation;
3. HSE Performance Trend Analysis report based on established KPIs, and preparation of action plan for improvement;
4. Reviewing and approval of JSAs and Risk Assessments;
5. Monthly program for tool-box meeting topics;
6. Writing monthly HSE Performance Report;
7. Preparation of HSE Monthly Campaign Program;
8. Site safety inspection, and internal auditing as per approved HSE Project Plan in compliance to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001;
9. Implementation and monitoring of HSE Training Program;
10. Ensuring harmonious work relationship with construction and QC Department;
11. Creation of HSE Department bodies like HSE Committee; Ad Hoc Incident Investigating Team; Trained ERT Team;
12. Conduct incident investigation, and prepare report with action plan;
13. Prepare and conduct emergency evacuation drills;
14. And, others (research, Microsoft office, and driving vehicle).
