Financial Analyst
-Works in finance department, reports directly to managing director and be an integral part of
Management Information System.
 Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
 Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
 Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
 Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for
improvements.
 Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
 Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
 Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study
proposed changes in methods and materials.

Accountant
-Works in accounts department and assists senior accountants in their daily works.
Duties include
 Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills and accounts payable and receivable
 Completing purchase orders.
 Completing bank reconciliation.
 Managing company ledgers.
 Managing day to day transactions.
 Assisting the finance department and senior accountants with various tasks including preparing records
and statements.
 Posting daily reports.
 Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts.
