Dear Sir/Madam,

I am currently working for ENBD bank and looking for a career progression. I had started the New to Bank on-boarding team in 2017 and in Q3 2018, we received a team award for Operational Excellence.

I had participated in the Leadership program in Mashreq and won 2nd runners up trophy for a Leadership program in December 2015. I had successfully completed National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) - Management Level 3 through Barclays – UK in 2010. While I was working for HSBC - Dubai they funded the Diploma in Financial Services Management (DipFSM) which I graduated from the Chartered Institute Of Bankers (CIB) – London (UK) in 2004.They also gave me a honorarium of USD1,000 on completing the Diploma. I have been actively involved in the Lean projects in Barclays UK wherein I was responsible for visual management. I had visited the Jaguar plant in UK to see how Lean works with them and have attended a lot of workshops on Lean i.e. Continuous Improvement. I was the LIMME (Lives Made Much Easier) champion for my department wherein I used to review and encourage other staff to suggest ways to improve work. I was also a member of the Change Committee Forum. I have been a part of the Employee Engagement Committee as well. During my tenure with Mashreq, I successfully launched Credit Bureau to front end teams and have done a lot of work around it.

I am extremely motivated, committed and enthusiastic about my work. Total focus and drive for success have been the main factors for my achievements so far. With an objective to constantly learn and consistently perform, I now seek to further progress my career, in a role where I can use my skills and experience, gained over the last 20 years and so would appreciate the opportunity to further discuss my experience and objectives.
