Serve as the technical adviser at the site

Make sure all the materials used and work carried out is as per the specifications and standards

Examine plans, drawings and quantities to ensure calculations accuracy

Responsible for daily management of the site ie oversee and monitor the site labor force and the works of sub-contractors

Supervise the selection and requisition of materials, agree on a price making cost effective solutions and proposals

Coordinate with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners etc

Liaise with clients and their representatives ie attend regular meetings and keep them informed of project progress accompanied by well-prepared reports

Settle any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems
