• Over 20 years experience in rooms division operations with more than 10 years
performing at the management level.
• Pre - Opening Experience with AccorHotels, Park Hyatt , Ritz-Carlton, Le Meridien & Movenpick.
• Well-developed rates/market segmentation monitoring and analysis, including individual/groups reservations, promotions, rates structure as well as keeping track of Budget figures, P&L statements, developing profit protection plans, and the preparation of in-depth reports/presentation tools.
• Human Resources experience includes recruitment, screening, hiring, coaching and motivation of staff , career planning including second and third line management development, implementation of training programs as well as policies and procedures manuals.
• Knowledgeable in computer operations and applications, including Opera & Fidelio hotel management systems, Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet, and E-Mail programs, and fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English
