Civil Engineer with experience in landscape Projects which includes various small to big projects experience
 Project experience includes the terms and conditions, safety aspects, construction procedures to be taken into consideration while working for the government projects
 Project experience includes site execution works including various technical aspects.
 Project experience includes Estimation of Office Renovation, Automobile Plant Construction/Renovation, Laboratory Construction, Chemical plants, Spinning Plants etc.

Overall Responsiblities :
 Controlling and commencement of activities related to work progress in both technical as well as site execution aspects with proper quality assurance.
 Managing all the execution related works by considering the safety aspects and also the rules and regulations of the authorities.
 Daily meeting and dealings with the consultant/contractor for the technical as well as progress aspects.
 Preparation and submission of progress reports, Inspections, RFI’s, Letters as well as all related documents required for the project.
 Analysis and arrangement for the required resources based on the requirement of the project
 Discussions, proposals of any technical related issues as faced while preconstruction or execution phase with the consultant/ contractor in order to close the issue at the earliest to avoid any delay, deviations
from the requirements.
 Day to day co-ordinations with all other contractors, executing the works at the interface or near by area in order to get the smooth terminations w.r.t the landscape area.
