I have been working as a Marketing Assistant in the largest bank in the Philippines, BDO Unibank Inc. for more than 7 years, where my responsibilities as a front-liner includes promoting and selling bank products while providing exceptional customer service and experience to our valued clients. I am responsible for preparing the documents and opening new accounts and investments for personal and corporate clients. I also do bank operation such as tellering, handling customer complaints, telephone and email contact.
