Coordinating with subcontractors on safety matters
Conducting Weekly,Monthly Inspections and Audit to ensure the compliance of ABB Poilicy
Tracking, Documenting and Reporting the HSE Statistics to Client
Keep close monitoring over the works performed at site and Deliver necessary training's to the work force
Ensure the welfare arrangements are sufficient with respect to the manpower
Coordinate the HSE committee meeting on monthly basis
Conduct weekly Mass Tool Box Talk on Selected Topics
Arrange for third party training's
Inspect and Approves the equipment's used at site before mobilizing
