I have bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Arab Academy for sciences and technology, Alexandria, Egypt university. Then I worked as Siebel CRM Administrator in IBM for 4 years and my last company was ATOS and my role was to support, install, configure and upgrade environments including dev, test, preprod and production and automate operation tasks on production servers and Supporting clients with technical issues and provide efficient solutions and establish and maintain relationships with supplier and clients.
During Working I have got the theoretical and practical knowledge in System Administration skills in Siebel CRM Administration , IBM HTTP server, WebLogic , Linux , Unix and Windows Operating Systems and gained the troubleshooting skill and ability of studding documents fast for critical issues solving. I also gained skills in Oracle Cloud(IAAS), IBM Cloud (Softlayer) and AWS cloud as solution architect by taking courses and read documentation for services provided. Also I took DevOps camps in IBM and I learned how to use some tools Like Docker, Jenkins, Puppet, Git, Ansible and Chef. Also, I applied some POC on aws instances and finally get certified as aws solution architect associate.
