I am a multi-vendor certified in ITIL-2011, Prince2 Practitioner 2017, CEH, CCNA Ops, CCNA RS, MCSA 2012-2016, Juniper Network Certified (JUNOS Security), Scrum Fundamentals. Further in future looking forward to update my skills as per changing technology.

My professional experience as a IT Support Engineer for Al Nabooda Automobiles llc included providing second/third-level support to computer users by diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, answering user questions, resolving their technical problems.
