As a Chartered Accountant by profession from India, I possess more than 7 years of cross cultural experience and 3.50 years of experience of practical training in the field of accounting, auditing, taxation, financial planning including analysis and forecasting technique. Additionally I have also pursued degree in Bachelor of Commerce and have also cleared the academic examination of Company Secretary (professional program) from ICSI, India.
Presently in Dubai, UAE, I'am diligently providing my services to a company engaged in manufacturing cum trading of heating, ventilation & Air - Conditioning products. As an Finance Manager, from analyzing the financial statements and preparation of MIS reports and preparing budgets/forecasts to projecting strategic financial information and generating cash flow analysis, I’am responsible for the financial analysis of the company performance, cost analysis and controls, taxation (VAT) compliance, audits, management of bank facilities & treasury operations.
While executing financial functions of manufacturing and trading company in the Middle East Region with multiple companies across GCC, I gained thorough knowledge in working capital finance as well.

Formerly, I have also served and performed for a Public Limited Company in India providing services to E&P companies in Oil & Gas Sector in different geographies. As a Manager-in-Finance, I was governing and executing the overall accounts and finance function of the company and its group subsidiaries including Dubai and Singapore subsidiaries.
My responsibility includes managing the accounting, auditing and management accounting operations of all the group companies including the preparation of financial statements of each company, its consolidation for publication in stock exchange in India. I have experience in planning, budgeting and analysis of performance including variance of oilfield projects undertaken by the company in different geographies (India, Iraq and Indonesia). I believe in consistently delivering business results in ever changing situations.

Additionally, as a trainee in the tenure of my articleship, I dealt with variety of clients across many different industries and worked in the areas of statutory audit, internal audit, tax and regulatory compliance, business analysis and preparation of feasibility and projection reports for new project finance. I learnt to deal with deadlines and to interact and communicate successfully with clients as well as garnering substantial business and financial skills and competencies.
