My name is Uyanda Afrika Welkom, I’m a 27 year old, black, South African male.

I’ve spent 8 years building myself up in the service industry. I started off as a bartender in 2011 then worked my way to a waiter position in 2014. I fell in love with the industry and believe that I’ve got more than just the right personality and attitude for it.

I stayed in Dubai for 6 months, working for W Dubai The Palm (pre-opening), Wet Deck Beach Club. I also have fine dining, barista experience and am willing to adapt and learn more.
