• Design Review and analysis of Structural and Architectural drawings for HVAC systems.
• Preparation of zero budget for the project with QS

• Preparation of Material approval submittals and shop drawings for client/consultant submission and review.

• Timely invoicing, prioritizing the supplies and maintaining of optimum inventory on the site to exercise a proper WIP control on the jobs.

• Planning and coordination of design phases in HVAC engineering with work execution for both commercial and residential projects.

• Preparing installation specifications, performing calculations, and developing rough designs for a/c systems.

• Assist staff in reviewing, checking, planning, scheduling work activities and billing.

• Man management by actively involving in building up a team of dedicated Supervisors and Foremen. It also involves setting of mutually acceptable targets for completion and timely review of the same for corrective actions if need arise.

• Vendor Management: Vendor Sourcing and maintaining a pool of vendors by virtue of rate contracts finalization, Setting of Terms of Payments and delivery schedules to prevent any delays in the jobs due to material unavailability.

• Project Planning: Proven ability to plan, organize and lead technical project teams.
• Testing & Commissioning: TAB of MEP services before the final hand over to the client.

• Operation & Maintenance Manuals preparation and review for the Consultant/client approval.

• Computing & Software: Design Tools for Piping and Duct sizing, MS Office, AutoCAD 2006

• Codes & Standards: Familiar with SMACNA,ASHRAE, NFPA,BS –EN & ISO
