Area of Expertise:

 Responsible for all Electrical installations at site according to the Shop Drawings, ID, Architectural Drawings, Project specifications & Manufacturer recommendations.
 Preparing Electrical Load schedules, Voltage drop calculations, Cables and Breaker selections as per the load requirement and authority regulations.
 Review of Shop Drawings, MEP coordinated drawings, Reflected Ceiling plans and do the necessary changes as per site situations.
 Responsible for Producing the MEP Clearances on time prior to the civil work proceedings.
 Adequate Co-ordination with MEP and Civil teams to find the solutions for clashing the services and all other site related issues.
 Well knowledge about BUSBARS, MDB, EMDB,SMDB, MCC,DB & all other electrical panels Installations, Cable glanding, terminations.
 Well knowledge about Earthing, Equipotential bonding and Lightning Protection systems.
 Well knowledge about Low Voltage & Low current systems like Fire Alarm, Emergency lighting, Lighting Control, GRMS, CCTV, Public Address, DTA, Structured Cabling system, Audio Visual system, Access control etc.
 Responsible for Pre Commissioning and Testing & Commissioning of All Electrical Systems in accordance with the project safety and LOTO Procedures.
 Checking the Technical Submittal, Material Submittal & Method statement to get approval from consultant.
 Review of contract scope of work and Project specifications etc.
 Preparing RFI for any discrepancies in the IFC drawings and Project specification.
 Reviewing of Non conformity report (NCR), Understanding Root cause and taking suitable corrective actions.
 Attending the Inspections and Site walk with Consultants and Managers.
 Attending factory inspections and testing for major panels and equipments at factory.
 High light the variations or extra works to claim the additional cost and time.
 Monitoring daily activities & Preparing Daily / weekly program for the works to be carried out.
 Attending the meeting with Consultants for project related Issues, site progress and ensuring that all work and inspections in line with project planned dates.
 Quantity take off , Assessment of material and ensure the availability of materials & manpower in advance.
 Verified all materials used for the construction and ensured that they are approved material.
 Familiar with DEWA, ADDC & Civil Defense rules & regulations.
 Ensure that all work get it done in accordance with the Project health and safety plans.
