As a branch manager, I am responsible on the entire banking operations of the branch, especially in loans. I was also focused on generation loans, deposits, and minimizing the past due accounts to be able to maintain a very good quality on the loan portfolio. I was also involved in the credit process since the branch manager also acts as an account officer - in-charged in marketing of clients, collection of requirements, analyzing the cash flow and financial status of the client, submit the loan applications for approval, releasing of loans, until collection of the loan amortization. Being the branch manager, I was also responsible in decision making for the branch considering all factors such as the good of the company, the staffs, and the clients.
