MEP Project Manager
Responsibilities & Duties as MEP Project Manager:
- Develop the project management plan and define the scope and sequence activities.
- Utilize the complete project management tools (plans, trackers, dashboards) support’s the smooth monitoring and controlling the Project millstones.
- Estimate the resources, activities duration, project costing and determine the budget.
- Control and perform the quality assurance toward the services provided.
- Manage and control the internal and external communications and attending the meetings.
- Resourcing and negotiating the subcontractor’s proposals and determine the Sub-Agreement.
- Manage and control the entire procurement process based on established procurement plan.
- Schedule the project program in parallel with the other activities and achieve deadlines.
- Tracking, obtaining and revalidating the project NOC’s
- Ensure timely authority's documents submission and approvals for all MEP systems.
- Attending meetings and represent the organization in front of client, consultant, government.
- Follow up and review the contract agreement, technical submittals, shop drawings, and identify the value engineering if exist.
- Monitor & control the project team and work progress toward meeting its objectives, and determine the cause of deviations from plan, and taking corrective actions.
- Assure the smooth Coordination with the other departments and facilitate the procedures.
- Creating priced BOQ, monthly invoicing, subcontractor’s payment certifications and collections follow up to assure the continuity of the cash flow.
