and customs compliances.

* Measure and decide on Incoterm as per the customer PO and
standing instructions with respect to the destination clearance
compliances.

* Preparation of all the shipping doc’s like Invoice/ DA/Packing
list/AWB/COO/CITC as per the requirement at destination

• Liaising with Airlines for booking confirmation and monitoring each event until departure of shipments.
• Purchase Order coordination for clients.
• Coordinating for air import shipments with overseas agents and local shipping/airlines for timely arrival and arranging for local clearance and dispatch of the same to the clients.
• Maintaining records to monitor and deliver the shipment on time.
• Follow up of the shipments in process and updating the clients.
• Coordinating with the different departments to ensure prompt service to the clients.
• Planning and scheduling of shipment delivery to the clients.
• Experienced in ABU DHABI and DUBAI customs procedures. E Mirsal 2 procedures in DUBAI TRADE.
• Specialized in enrouting Aircraft spares from all over the world.
• Specialized in enrouting AOG movements.
