* Co-ordinating with the FF’s in Origin and Destination for arranging
the cargo in a cost effective and time saving manner.

* Preparation of GRN

* Co-ordination with the procurements, Finance and Sales
departments which includes to communicate with among them to
make the Final Releasing of order.

* Prioritize the dispatch as per the destination clearance requirements
and customs compliances.

* Execution of delivery/ documentation until the customs clearance,
starting with receiving of Sales order notification.

* Measure and decide on Incoterm as per the customer PO and
standing instructions with respect to the destination clearance
compliances.

* Preparation of all the shipping doc’s like Invoice/ DA/Packing
list/AWB/COO/CITC as per the requirement at destination

• Liaising with Airlines for booking confirmation and monitoring each event until departure of shipments.
• Purchase Order coordination for clients.
• Coordinating for air import shipments with overseas agents and local shipping/airlines for timely arrival and arranging for local clearance and dispatch of the same to the clients.
• Maintaining records to monitor and deliver the shipment on time.
• Follow up of the shipments in process and updating the clients.
• Coordinating with the different departments to ensure prompt service to the clients.
• Planning and scheduling of shipment delivery to the clients.
• Experienced in ABU DHABI and DUBAI customs procedures. E Mirsal 2 procedures in DUBAI TRADE.
