I’m currently working for Majid Al Futtaim-Enova for Facilities Management Services, Dubai, UAE as Officer Customer Service.

I have experience of over 9 years in customer service, transactions and cash handling. I have extensive experience in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in addition to meet and exceed expectations. I interacted with management to stay advanced on firm developments and initiatives as well as approved Customer Service overrides on authorization limits.

One of my strong points is my ability to efficiently organizing workstations and complete work as per schedule quickly and accurately. I am capable of hiring, training, and mentoring staff and ensuring efficiency in customer service. I proficiently handled Staff Training in customer service, product knowledge, operations and transaction processing.
