Assistant Manager in Learning & Development, Content Development, Project ManagementI have 13 years of corporate experience, with more than 10 years of experience in the Learning and Talent Development space. I am also well versed in graphic design and content development. In my current role as operations lead and regional business interlock, I help to manage the learning delivery services of the client account of a major IT product company at Accenture. I lead a team of 11 full time equivalent resources, with 4 direct reportees at a Specialist level (3 individual contributors and 1 team lead). I help optimise efficiencies, drive team operations and maximise financial targets for a team that helps upskill the sales workforce of the client org through various training and certification offerings.
In my previous roles, I have been a Learning Delivery Services Manager and Learning Enablement Specialist for the same client account, and previously a Knowledge Management senior analyst during the rest of the 8 years I've been with Accenture. This work has encompassed different areas of accomplishing the learning strategy for internal Accenture teams across different domains.
I began my career as an Instructional Designer for Element K (now Skillsoft) and Sify Technologies. I've also worked with RR Donnelley as a copy editor for the KPMG account and with Wipro BPO as a web content owner for the Sears HRO account. I believe my overall experience has contributed vastly to my steely resolve to manage end to end processes in a balanced way with tangible outcomes for client transformation and to maximise client satisfaction.
