• Carrying out PSV reaction force calculation, Trunion calculation, Slug force calculation
& Expansion Loop calculation etc.
• Prepare Critical Line list and stress design basis.
• Prepare Datasheets for spring supports, Rigid Strut & Low friction plates.
• Study of P&IDs, Process Design Package and PFDs and implementation of Process Philosophy for Stress Analysis.
• Preparation of stress analysis documents/Reports.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Correspondence & coordination with Client regarding review and approval of stress documents.
• Providing feasible piping layouts and alterations of Piping Layouts based on stress considerations and route optimization.
• Maintaining design integrity and quality within the asset team.
