Excellent management experience in managing the project’s resources, cost, time and risks. Performing integrated change management by limiting the project’s changes and scope creep, managing the quality, time and cost of the project to achieve the project completion date. Demonstrated excellent experience in assessing the contractor’s technical submittals, claims, payment certificates, monitoring and measuring the project performance, solving site obstacles, and dealing with local authority in order to complete the project successfully.
