Shivang is a VAT Implementation and Indirect Tax Senior Professional . He is presently working as Group Taxation Manger with BMA INTERNATIONAL FZE-REDTAG from Dec 2017 based out of Dubai office . He has 11 + years of VAT / indirect tax experience having previously worked in India and Africa . He has experience of value Added tax (VAT), IFRS implementation in Africa for various industries as well.

Shivang lead VAT project for groups companies in Free zones , local and Multinational entities within Group Companies in GCC ( Gulf Cooperation Council ). He worked with Group companies in Retail & Trading ,Advertisement, Investment & Real Estate etc to get them ready for VAT in UAE , KSA and recently in Bahrain .

Shivang has also conducted various Internal seminars on VAT and is regular speaker providing insights & updates on VAT at to our internal employees in the UAE, KSA and Bahrain.

VAT & IFRS Experience (Africa)
Lead Manager on VAT & IFRS implementation projects in Africa for a number of listed and multinational entities , encompassing industries such as manufacturing, trading, retailing, Pharma , Transportation, Advertisement, agro , entertainment etc .

Shivang has a Bachelor’s as well as Master degree of Commerce ,a Management Accountant,Company Secretary, Certified Public Accountant-UK & also having GCC VAT Diploma from ATT-UK. Presently pursing Diploma in IFRS from ACCA-UK.
