*Performs general preventative maintenance task on computers,laptops,printers and educate the end user against any vulnerabilities such as phishings and malicious on the computers.
*Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards.
*Performs work in compliance within specified warranty requirements.
*Responsible for monitoring,operating,managing troubleshooting and restoring end user’s computers.
*Maintaining and fixing any error, failure or damage to the Desktop, laptop, server and mobile devices
