I am Juan Calafell. I am from Argentina but currently I am living in Mexico city. I am looking for international opportunities in Human Resources and Organizational Development fields. I would like to work in a fast growing and challening company where I can learn about recruitment, selection, organizational and human development. I am a person who is always striving excellence in everything I do, making improvements in every enviroment and I don´t rest until I my objectives. I like working in international teams and helping people to achieve their goals.

Also, I am a person who is very self motivated, resilient and know how to work under pressure in order to achieve goals. I want to have a international opportunity in an english speaker country because I want to improve my english skills but also to work in a fast growing international enviroment with other cultures and diversity.

I have 1 year of experience as recruitment consultant in a big company called Page Group but also I worked for 5 years in AIESEC in HR and Organizational Development Departament. In both experiences, I learnt about recruitment cycle, onboarding, sales and negotiate with many stakeholders.
