I have 28 years of experience in all areas of restaurant business working with both sides; the franchisees, and the franchisors managing 10 different brands of Fast Food, Fast Casual, Casual Dining & Fine Dining all over the Middle East.

I worked for 18 years as a General Manager for different restaurants chains in the Middle East. I have good experience in strategic planning, as well as running day to day operations.

I also worked for 7 years as a Regional Franchise Business Consultant, and as a Regional Operations& Training Manager with both of Burger King & Yum Brands (Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and KFC) to develop their brands, and support their franchise markets in the Middle East including Oman.

I am experienced in brand development for both start-ups and evolving existing business to greater levels of success and growth using six rules of brand revitalization to build 8P's plan to win. I have been lecturing at two colleges of Hotel Management as a Food and Beverage business expert.

I am also experienced in brand strategy, operations, human resources, training and development, performance metric systems, culinary development, real estate, franchising and finance.

I have a huge amount of best practices gained from 10 different brands, and from more than 26 franchisees in the region which I worked with, either as a Business Consultant or as a General Manager.
I have experience in new concept creation, menu planning, and building and developing strong brands.

I have B.Sc. in Hotel Management, and I completed an MBA in Marketing and HR. I am also certified on applying HACCP.I am a certified Group & One -To-One Trainer

I have good experience in acquiring new brands, negotiating and signing new franchise deals. I have experience in managing multi concepts, and multi markets, and a regional business by developing a regional AOP that cover the 5 pillars of the business, a regional yearly marketing plan.

I opened a lot of new markets, and have past experience in setting up a new business, and in introducing new brands.
I have up-to-date knowledge of the industry new happenings, and the latest trends, new technology.
