Facilitates inventory to check the stocks availability at production and other areas.
Monitor parts transferred from Warehouse to Production area.
Daily monitoring of stocks if encountered criticality and coordinate to Procurement or Warehouse for delivery.
Analyzes discrepancy encountered and do reports for such abnormality.
Manage parts transaction thru SAP.
Controls the parts flow to avoid backlogs, delays and shortages based on system data.
Formulate permanent countermeasures related to stocks discrepancy issues.
Implementation of work flows for the standardization of process.
Manage and update E-kanban system to avoid downtime.
Provides BOM data for parts requisition.
Responsible for maintaining the inventory of finished goods.
