Responsible for familiarization with all documentation relevant to the projects including scope of services, conditions of contract, project execution plan, project schedules, and issuing sales invoices to clients.

Responsible for maintaining project ledgers showing Work Breakdown Structure budget items and commitments, expenditures and forecasts. Issuing project cost reports that include forecast final costs and cash flow requirements and total and period variances. Ensuring final payments of hold backs on all contracts and closing of accounts when completed and providing services during contract preparation, bid evaluation, contract administration.

Responsible for all supply chain management activities related to the timely, cost-effective procurement of materials, parts, components, equipment and services for projects from pre-qualification to project close out.

Responsible for conducting tender evaluations of procurement and subcontracting and subsequently awarding tender at the lowest priced technically acceptable solution without compromising safety or quality.
