As Projects Manager with G Global Technologies, Abu Dhabi-present from 2017 and Project Manager with ALSA engineering and Construction Co LLC – (7 yrs.)I believe I meet all the essential criteria for the position.

Also I successfully worked for leading developers, the Al Futtaim Group and Sama Dubai, part of the Dubai Holding Group, Infrastructure Projects, 165MWPowerProject, Petrochemical field, Industrial Construction, Oil and Gas etc..
For Al Futtaim I was involved in a Project Management capacity on several of their large scale projects. These included IKEA, Hyper panda, Hillside Housing, Crown Plaza and Intercontinental Hotels (structural steel and concrete buildings) as well as their Office tower complex. My position with Sama Dubai, as Infrastructure Manager for the PMOD involved working on their Lagoons Master Planned Development project in Ras Al Khor and State of Art 20,000 Sqm Sales center for the project.

I had an opportunity to work in Saudi-Aramco in the Office Services Department in the Riyadh Refinery and in Terminal Maintenance Department in the Rastanura Refinery and worked as Project Manager in Qataridiar in Qatar.
I gave gained significant real estate experience wherein I initially worked as Site Engineer for Fact Engineering & Design Organization, Kerala, India and ESDC- Eco-Sensitive Development Centre, Kerala, India.

I have gained expertise in anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure effective completion of multiple projects with resource utilization to maximize output. I leveraged success in strategizing the long term construction business directions to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objective. I have proven skills in the usage of Primavera6, Aconex, and CAD. I am an achievement-oriented professional with excellent people management skills and an ability to manage change with ease.
